Bible Bingo Night???????

I'm raising money for college. I will major in Youth Ministry and Evangelism. I'm working on setting up a Bible Bingo Night at my church to raise money. My question is: Should I set a certain amount that people must pay like $10 a card, or is it better to just leave it open ended and tell them it's donations only. Also, should I have drinks and some snacks that people can purchase? Should I do donations for the food too, or have a set price? Thanks, and God Bless You:)
