Why does my rabbit always pull her bedding into the outdoor bit of her enclosure?

My rabbit had 7 babies. I would say she is pregnant, but my rabbit pulled hay and would pull out some of her fur and put the hay and fur in her little box/house thing. Im really not sure, have you looked inside the inside area?? Good luck figuring it out! :D
