Best thing to do would be to learn detachment. Pluto takes us far into the depths and it being in Scorpio says more about getting yourself further and further into that recess of not letting go. Cancer rising also tends to latch on and not let go, usually holding on to what hurts rather then what was good about the union. Since Cancer risings usually give more, it takes a lot to break their patience, but when it's broken, I think they tend create grudges since Cancer is a cardinal sign and like other cardinal signs would rather be right about something, or be the first to create a reason as to why they're not ready to let go and/or create unrealistic fears about why they shouldn't let go. Best thing would be detachment, perspective and distance from the thought of the person or the person altogether.
