Anyone want to lend money on a fully paid off property?

looking to borrow money on a fully paid off piece of property worth 550,000. I have gotten some quotes and no I don't think I am stupid to think that someone out there would like to write a first refi mortgage. Quick ! set to loan ration is rediculous like borrowing 180 vrs a 550 appraised value.. with great credit...would think I could find 5 or below but I havent found it yet anyone know where to find it?
