I need help with arranging a piece of music.?

We have to arrange a piece of Bach's preludes (I've chosen Preludio XXIII) and I am stumped for any creative ideas. I haven't done basically any arranging before and it's the school holidays so I can't get any help from my teacher. The instruments I'm arranging for are a flute, an oboe, a clarinet, 2 violins, a cello and a double b.
