she seems to be undecided and probably is just enjoying the single life right now, she seems to have a lot of "guy friends" there is no problem with that but i think that it may be risky to ask her out becasue she seems to not want to settle for a relationship right now but if u feel that the connection is there go for it jus give it a try but go in with tough skin and be prepared for any possibilities but it never hurts to try because u may look back and regret not asking. just see what happens, dont be hurt if it doesnt work because there are many girls out there :) goodluck hope i could be some help to you! hope all works out for u :) <3
