I agree with your list. You pretty much have everything right. The Vikings have quality players all around, and the Packers won't top them this season but maybe the next. And the Bears are, well the Bears, so as they are I expect them to have a solid season. and the Lions should have more wins, if not 4-12, then 5-11.
