Thanks for everyones answers. But I am not going to Divorce. Why should I let him free so easily?

I have already shifted to my home.(He had come there & hit my parents) Now he is in Delhi for his project work. Also, as I told u I married late 29yrs. Frankly speaking my Mangli status & 5/2 height was a big problem for me. Atleast 20-25 guys rejected me. One guy rejected and again came and rejected because 2nd time his mom felt my height was small. So lifes been very harsh. But I feel I am beautiful & its true. I married this guy beacuse he seemed a simple guy. He has tortured me lot. He and his mom kept saying I am Mangli. I want to teach him & his mom a lesson. Divorce will be easy for him. And my relatives will have a laf, coz getting me married was difficult n now If I get divorced.... I want to track him legaly.He made my dad cry...I want him to cry. Please advice
