Why aren't the Pegasus Boots, Lantern, or the shovel in any of the 3D Zelda games?

I've seen them in the 2D Zelda games, like Minish Cap and A Link to the Past and even 4 Swords Adventures. Why can't Nintendo be able to get these cool items into the 3D Zelda games? The games aren't that fast on the 3D Zelda systems without the Pegasus Boots.
